Park Policy’s:
We will Not tolerate any of the following, and you will be asked to leave for violating any of the below Policy’s:
Disruptive Conduct: Rowdy behavior, excessive noise, intoxication, or harassment of staff or other guests.
Safety Threats: Threatening behavior or failure to comply with established safety codes.
Property Condition: I-40 RV Park has the right to Refuse service based on the RV’s age. We require all RV’s are to be within 10 model years old. No poor mechanical/aesthetic condition, or window type air conditioners. No working on or washing vehicles in the Park. All Vehicles and Recreation Vehicles must have up to date registration.
Overcrowding: Exceeding the maximum number of guests or vehicles permitted per site.
Water: It is the responsibility of the RV Owner to supply their own Water Pressure Regulator, and disconnect water from their RV when temperatures are below 35 Degrees. Fill your water holding tank, disconnect water hoses from faucets and use your water pump in your RV.
We are a Short Term RV Park, we are not accepting any long term permanent resident type stays at this time. Working Crews are Welcome.
Management Reserves the right to Refuse Service to Anyone, and make exceptions to the above Policy’s at their discretion.
